About

We are just getting started! But here is our brief history to date: 

Chico Elevate Basketball began in 2022 with its inaugural Spring AAU season. In Spring '22 we had one 17U Varsity team. In the Fall of 2022, we expanded to two high school teams - a 17U Varsity team & a 15U Frosh team. In the Spring of '23 we had a highly successful first season branching out to the middle school ages. We had two 7th grade teams, two 8th grade teams, and two HS teams (17U & 15U). We competed in high-level tournaments from the Bay Area to Sacramento and thanks to our amazing coaching staff, all of our teams and players improved greatly over the course of three months!

OUR MISSION

We believe that basketball should be available to all young people seeking opportunities to play. We believe skill and character development should be our top priority, and that basketball should be enjoyable, transformative, and uplifting. Our goal is to provide the opportunity for each player to improve and have fun through positive, passionate coaching, team basketball, and player-driven leadership. We aim to develop a competitive, winning mentality, with a "love of the game" as our guiding principle. We preach a positive attitude and maximum effort on a daily basis, and our #1 rule is "always be a great teammate!"
